That said – there are some Observations that should be made about the first 2 ECGs in this case. And, as noted in detail by Dr. Smith – serial troponins had become markedly positive – the chest aorta CT showed regional contrast enhancement abnormality – and, Echo the next day confirmed regional wall abnormality.
