HETEL is an association of 23 VET centres, located in the Basque Country.

Since 1987 we have been working with enthusiasm, commitment, creativity and in cooperation with the aim to promote and improve Vocational Training in the region focused on the employability of youth and the competiveness of Basque companies.
We were the first organization from the field of VET recognised with Silver A Award for its advanced management system (2015).
